During Lockdown we are going to share some easy and fun recipes.
We know it can be difficult to keep finding new things to cook so hopefully we will at least take a little of that stress away.
This week is a speedy stir fry supper dish using Spring lamb stir fry strips

Quick Spring Lamb Stir-Fry

375g of our lean lamb steak cut into strips,
1 onion chopped,
4 button mushrooms chopped
250g or any other vegetables of your choice, cut into thin strips,
2 tsb oil,
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Chilli Sauce

1) Heat the oil in a large, non-stick frying pan or wok and stir-fry the lamb for 3-4 minutes.

2) Add the stir-fry vegetables and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.

3) Add the soy sauce and chilli sauce,toss gently and cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Season, if required.

4) Serve with noodles or rice.
